The Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust (KBR) is accepting proposals in four areas of the Health Care Division’s Issue Areas: Access to Primary Care; Community Centered Prevention; Diabetes; and, Behavioral Health.

Proposals will be limited by the 2016-17 Tier designation of the county served. Designations for either 2016 or 2017 are acceptable. Projects serving Healthy Places NC counties are eligible for all Trust funding opportunities. KBR will prioritize work that engages, in concert with their core areas, efforts towards improving the social determinants of health of financially-disadvantaged North Carolinians in areas such as economic self-sufficiency, housing and education.
