The National Institutes of Health (NIH) launched the Helping to End Addiction Long-term (HEAL) Initiative in April 2018 to accelerate scientific discovery to stem the opioid public health crisis. Join AAMC tomorrow afternoon for a webinar featuring NINDS Director Dr. Walter J. Koroshetz, who will discuss the NIH HEAL Initiative's priorities in pain management research and funding opportunities in pain research available through the NIH.
